Currently serving as Director of Operations at Nova Injury Law, Jeanette leads cross-functional teams and oversees HR, Finance, and Operations to drive sustainable growth. She has a strong track record of steering operational strategy, enhancing client service, and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
