About Josette
Josette brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to her work as a Case Manager at NOVA Injury Law. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University and a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation—credentials that reflect both her clinical insight and technical expertise.
With years of experience supporting individuals recovering from car accidents and workplace injuries, Josette understands how overwhelming the healing process can be—and how important it is to feel heard, supported, and guided along the way. Her work blends knowledge of rehabilitation and insurance claims with a deep commitment to care. Whether navigating complex files or simply listening to a client’s concerns, Josette’s focus is always on building trust and making the recovery journey a little clearer and a little easier.
Outside of work, Josette finds joy in dancing, exploring forest trails, and foraging for fungi. She’s always up for a creative project or discovering new places—finding inspiration in the everyday and adventure in the unexpected.
