Pascale Legault
Pascale began her journey at NOVA Injury Law as a paralegal in 2021 after moving back to Halifax. As the firm grew, Pascale’s client-oriented mindset and solutions-driven approach allowed her to take on more responsibility and eventually develop the Operations Manager Position.
Her in-depth knowledge of client files and understanding of legal processes have allowed her to contribute to overall firm and client success by developing and implementing firm-wide client management systems and best practices. Her goal at the firm is to ensure the successful representation of every client without unnecessary delays. She loves to see the successful resolution of a client’s claim and will go above and beyond to make sure that client needs are met. She takes pride in knowing each client’s matter and the details that make each claim unique.
Pascale has a BA with Combined Honours in History and Law, Justice & Society from Dalhousie University. She will be attending Dalhousie’s Schulich School of Law in September. Outside of work, you can find Pascale bingeing crime dramas on Netflix, exploring the Nova Scotia nature with her rescue dog or baking something to bring into the office the next day.
