Justin Pyke
Justin joined NOVA Injury Law in January of 2023 after previously articling and working as a litigation associate in the personal injury department of a full-service law firm in his hometown of Sydney, Nova Scotia. Justin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Cape Breton University and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick.
During his time in law school, Justin helped start a Volunteer Tax Program for students that has since been adopted by the Faculty of Law as a clinical course for law students at UNB. Justin also served as the chairperson of student discipline for the Fredericton campus.
Justin’s practice is focused primarily on representing individuals against insurance companies. He has experience with motor vehicle accidents, property damage claims, as well as long-term and Canada Pension Plan Disability benefit claims. Justin’s experience focuses on advocating for clients before administrative tribunals and at various levels of Court in Nova Scotia. He is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution, representing clients at mediations and judicial settlement conferences.
Justin takes a straightforward, responsive, and client-first approach to personal injury law. He prides himself on being attentive to clients and ensuring they have peace of mind in knowing all aspects of their claim are being managed.
Outside of the office, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife, as well as golfing, hiking, and travelling
