Radiance Dautel serves as the Client Onboarding Team Lead at NOVA Injury Law, where she is dedicated to ensuring that every new and potential client feels welcomed and supported throughout their journey with the firm. With a strong foundation in hospitality and customer service, Radiance brings a unique perspective to client relations, focusing on creating a compassionate and seamless onboarding experience.

Growing up on a small farm in Northern Alberta, Radiance developed a deep appreciation for hard work and the importance of community. This background has instilled in her a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others, which she strives to embody in her role at NOVA Injury Law.

Although still a young professional, Radiance’s passion for helping clients and her ability to connect with people from all backgrounds enable her to excel in her position. She takes pride in being approachable, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of clients.
