Ben Tallon
Ben started at NOVA Injury Law as a Summer Student in 2022 before joining as an Articled Clerk in June 2023 and a Litigation Lawyer in June 2024. Born in London, Ontario, Ben completed a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science at McGill University, both focused on human immunology and genetics. An interest in the intersection of health and the law led Ben to enroll at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University, where he graduated in the Spring of 2023. While in law school, Ben advocated for students as part of the Dalhousie Student Advocacy Service, founded the harm reduction initiative Party Safe, and administered the Dalhousie Squash Club, in addition to completing the Health Law & Policy specialization. Prior to beginning his legal journey, Ben has worked in a variety of fields including the service industry, education, manual labour, and academics.
Ben appreciates the unique impact an injury can have on all types of work and brings that experience to his client advocacy. When he is not at the office, Ben can be found exploring the wilderness of Nova Scotia with his partner and dog.
