Justin Cashin

About Justin

Justin joined Nova Injury Law in September of 2025. Before joining NOVA Injury Law, Justin worked with two local law firms in Cape Breton where he gained valuable skills representing clients at every level of court in Nova Scotia. 

Justin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (Major in Accounting, concentration in Legal Studies) from Cape Breton University in 2014 and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Brunswick in 2018.  

Justin was born and raised in Sydney, Nova Scotia, and takes a very client centric approach to his practice. He ensures his clients are heard and takes pride in securing fair and just results for each client that he represents. 

Outside of work, Justin enjoys playing hockey, swimming and spending time with his young family.
